Acrocephalosyndactylism

A rare condition where sufferers have an abnormal craniofacial structure and partly or totally fused fingers and toes. The cranial bones join prematurely which affects growth. Signs of the condition include a long, peaked head with wide set bulging eyes, a bone deformities in the maxilla and mandible and a high posterior palate.
