Hemochromatosis type 1 (medical condition)

A genetic disorder where too much iron is absorbed from food and it is stored in various parts of the body which can cause damage. Type 1 is the most common form of the disorder, has an adult onset and is inherited recessively. See also Hemochromatosis type 1
