SCA 15 (medical condition)

A rare genetic disorder (chromosome 3p26-p25 defect) characterized by gait ataxia, eye movement problems and dysarthria (speech disorder). The condition tends to progress slowly over decades with most patients retaining the ability to walk. See also Spinocerebellar ataxia 15
